Are the wallets pre-activated?
No. All wallets are brand new and have never been activated. Customers must complete the setup and wallet creation process themselves.
Do you keep customers' recovery phrases or private keys?
Absolutely not.
We never have access to your recovery phrase, private keys, or wallet information. You are solely responsible for generating and securely storing your recovery phrase.
Can you help me recover my lost recovery phrase?
No. For security reasons, no one can recover a lost recovery phrase, including us or the wallet manufacturer. Please store your recovery phrase securely and offline.
