Shipping policy

At Ooosh Limited, we are dedicated to providing efficient and convenient delivery and pickup options.

Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed before 6:00pm Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT+08:00) to be processed the same business day.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required.

Transit Time
Delivery within Hong Kong typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages
Ooosh Limited is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before doing so.

Shipping Options

In-Store Pickup (Free)
Pick up your order at our shop in Central, Hong Kong. You will be notified when your order is ready, typically within the next business day. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Local Delivery – Hong Kong
All local orders are shipped via SF Express. We charge a fix rate of HK$80 per order.
