Return & Refund Policy

At Ooosh Tech Shop, hardware wallet security depends on factory-sealed integrity. Because these are security devices, our return policy is stricter than standard consumer electronics.

Hardware Wallets
Once a hardware wallet has been initialized or used to generate a wallet/seed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All sales are final. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have, including the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

Transit Damage or Factory Defects (Wallets)
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or the device exhibits a structural factory defect, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receipt with photo or video documentation. This exception applies only to devices that have not been initialized or used to generate a wallet/seed. Ooosh Tech Shop determines final eligibility based on the manufacturer's assessment of the device. Once approved, processing takes up to 10 working days. Approved claims are resolved by replacement only — we do not offer cash or store credit refunds under any circumstance.

Accessories
Accessories may only be returned if a structural defect is identified upon unsealing and inspecting the item. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photo or video documentation of the defect. Ooosh Tech Shop determines final eligibility based on inspection of the reported defect. Approved claims are resolved by exchange only — we do not offer cash or store credit refunds. Items showing signs of use beyond inspection, or damage from misuse, are not eligible.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, or may return items in person at our Central store: 22/F Tower 2, New World Tower, 16–18 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.
