All sales are final. Ooosh Tech Shop does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all hardware cold wallet devices sold in-store and online. Hardware wallet security depends on factory-sealed integrity — once a device leaves our possession, it cannot be accepted back under any conditions.
